Two Islands Protein Banana Bread Recipe

This delicious, high protein banana bread recipe makes for an ideal pregnancy or postpartum snack.



2 eggs

2 bananas

1 ½ cups almond flour

1 serving Two Islands Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

⅓ cup olive oil

⅓ cup almond milk

Optional add ins: handful walnuts, berries, or chocolate chunks



  1. Blend eggs, banana, vanilla, olive oil and almond milk until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and optional add-ins.
  3. Combine both mixtures and pour into a lined loaf tin.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.
  5. Slice, eat and enjoy!
