Ingredients

2 cups flour

1/2 cup salt

2 tablespoons cream of tartar

2 tablespoons oil

2 cups boiling water

1 teaspoon black or blue food colouring

Glitter

Method

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Add the oil and boiling water, along with the food colouring, mix well.
3. Once mixed, add in the glitter and mix again. This step is optional.
4. Store in an airtight container
