Feet in the Ribs, Anyone?

Your due date is only two months away now. By week 33 of pregnancy, your baby is around 44cm long and almost 2kg. They might have a full head of hair already and are starting to differentiate between light and dark given their pupils are now developed. It’s important that the baby gains more weight between now and their delivery.

As the baby has less room to move, kicks may be feeling more uncomfortable for you, especially if they are already presenting head down. Feet in the ribs, anyone?

People who are hapū in summer often feel quite hot and could be a little swollen. If you are, take time to rest and keep your hydration up.
