Green Smoothie Recipe


1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen mango

½ zucchini (when in season), fresh or frozen

Juice of one lemon

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter

Handful of spinach

1 tsp chia seeds

Water or your favourite plant-based milk to blend



Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Add more water or milk alternative until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

If you have some fresh or frozen passionfruit on hand, add a few tablespoons in for a refreshing addition.
