Cinnamon Popcorn Recipe


½ cup popcorn kernels

¼ cup coconut oil

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp cinnamon



In a pot, heat coconut oil over low-medium heat until melted. Add kernels to the pot carefully, tossing to coat. Cover the pot with a lid and continue shaking the pot gently to ensure the kernels don’t burn. Turn the heat down if you need to. Continue cooking until all the kernels have finished popping. Take the pot off the heat. Toss to coat with honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon.
